Econometrician and finance professor Michael Phillips has lead the development of MacroRisk’s patented and proprietary analytical tools since the beginning. An author of dozens of scholarly articles and monographs, Dr. Phillips also brings real-world experience to the table. He has been employed as a U.S. Department of Commerce economist and as a consultant to numerous corporations and financial institutions, both on Wall Street and ‘Main Street.’ In addition, he has served many times as an expert witness in federal and state courts regarding financial, economic, and statistical issues. He has degrees in mathematics and economics, and received his Ph.D. from the University of California, San Diego. Besides his role with MacroRisk Analytics, Dr. Phillips serves as Professor of Finance, Financial Planning, and Insurance at the College of Business and Economics of California State University, Northridge, where he also is the Director of the Center for Financial Planning & Investment.
Bill Jennings was one of the three original members of the development team. From 2006 to summer 2013 he limited his involvement with Macrorisk Analytics and C4cast while serving as Dean of the College of Business and Economics, Vice President of University Advancement, and Foundation President at California State University, Northridge. Since leaving his University administrative roles, Dr. Jennings has returned to active involvement with MacroRisk Analytics as the Chief Investment Strategist and member of the C4cast Board of Directors. Dr. Jennings is the author of numerous scholarly publications and has extensive experience in institutional investment management. He is also the founding professor of one of the largest student-managed investment portfolios in the country. He received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, and holds a B.S. in accounting from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Computer scientist Steve Klein was an integral member of the original MacroRisk Analytics development team, and remains involved as a board member and technology strategist. More recently, he founded Singular Solutions, Inc., a developer of award-winning commercial software and hardware products. He received his B.S. in engineering from the California Institute of Technology and pursued additional graduate studies in computer science at the University of California, Los Angeles.
This is an example post. It’s different from a blog post because it will stay in one place and will show up in your site navigation (in most themes). Most people start with an About page that introduces them to potential site visitors. It might say something like this:
Hi there! I’m a bike messenger by day, aspiring actor by night, and this is my website. I live in Los Angeles, have a great dog named Jack, and I like piña coladas. (And gettin’ caught in the rain.)
…or something like this:
The XYZ Doohickey Company was founded in 1971, and has been providing quality doohickeys to the public ever since. Located in Gotham City, XYZ employs over 2,000 people and does all kinds of awesome things for the Gotham community.
